Festival Philosophy

-	To provide a festival that is student and director centered
-	To operate a festival that is musically and educationally oriented without competition or grading
-	To provide a workshop type environment so that students can learn and improve by participation and listening
-	To provide excellent performance examples which groups can strive to emulate
-	To develop a positive atmosphere in which students and directors can learn by listening, sharing, and working together
